I love this from ASOS.com. Companies simply do not sell themselves well enough. Please do not assume a candidate's life-long dream is to work with your business. Do they know what your culture is like?Do they understand how their position fits into your wider team?Have they seen what success looks like day-to-day?Have they met anyone in your company for more than 60 minutes? They may grow to build a genuine passion for what you do and act as an ambassador to spread the word. But before they start, if they're able to tell you 'why they want to work here' effectively then they need more information. It's your job to give it to them.😀

#Experience if you think about it is how anyone feels about interacting with your brand, regardless of the specific context, it includes:🛍️ Shopping or visiting your store📫 How your services or goods are delivered 🗺️ How orders are tracked and customers kept informed (this includes inventory enquiries tooo)👩🏻💻 Interacting with customers on social media😡How you react to help customers who have been let downAnd it also includes the less obvious: 👩🏽💻 how you design your products for accessibility and inclusion📦 Packaging design for your goods and recyclability👩🏼💼 How you treat your people, even if no one is watching🧾 Working with suppliers across the chain🗳️ Dealing with your reviewsA notoriously boring experience is the act of jubhunting, so dull, so nerve inducing, so here is a really awesome example ofHow ASOS.com managed to make this experience fun, kept it on brand, and offered their customers a brilliant experience #cx

Really fresh approach from ASOS.com in terms of attracting candidates; We're speaking to countless Sales Leaders that are experiencing challenges in hiring the right quality for their teams. If this resonates with you, evaluate how much you are "selling" the opportunity to your audience. Canva is a great start to create a similar template to below, something concise and easy on the eye!#sales #talentattraction #sdrs
