The difference between a toddler and a grown adult?A toddler never stops dreaming. The adult dare not dream…just in case. The toddler has unlimited creativity. By the time they reach early adulthood it’s been knocked out of them almost completely. However, young adults (14-30 years) are still neuroplastic enough tap into their creativity and genius. Yes. Everyone has genius. Please help inspire at least one young adult that they can dream again and even live out their dream. #creativity #entrepreneuship #problemsolving #youngleader #youngadult

This post was inspired my recent conversations with Dean Jones, Olivia Krawczyk and Denisa Nasc. Olivia and Denisa, the world is your oyster and I strongly believe you will not just thrive but also make an impact on the planet.

This is arguably the most important piece I’ve written. The recent unrest in England has been a stark reminder of deep-rooted issues. Unless we address the core causes of the rioting and looting, we risk perpetuating division and resentment. I urge you to read this article and share your thoughts.#England #riots #socialissues #community #unity

Are you treating your business like a game of roulette? 🎲Most entrepreneurs dream of building wealth while making a positive impact. But the path to success is often fraught with risks and uncertainties.I love one-to-one meetings. There's always opportunities to learn, cooperate and collaborate with professionals who have excelled in their fields. Yesterday, I had a fascinating conversation with Peter Woods, a seasoned expert in managing the assets of high-net-worth individuals. His deep understanding of the mindset and strategies employed by successful entrepreneurs is truly impressive.Peter’s insights into transforming business from a gamble into a strategic game were eye-opening. If you're looking to elevate your business to the next level, I highly recommend connecting with him.#entrepreneurship #businessgrowth #mindset #wealthcreation #networking #Northamptonshire

A few words on the riots.❌ Personal responsibility. ❌ Accountability. ❌ Critical thinking (or just thinking).Three missing pieces from the lives of the rioters and looters. Their raison d'etre is anger and hatred. They have no logical or rational reason to riot or loot. Yet. they believe they represent British values. Do they know that British values include Democracy, Rule of Law, Respect and Tolerance, and Individual Liberty?BUT we mustn't hate on them either. Our systems that have allowed this to happen have to change. The people also have to change from within from the time they start primary school. As someone who immigrated to Britain from a war-torn Bangladesh in the 1970s, I witnessed the depravity of the National Front. It is sad to see the country has come to this in 2024.Can we start training our youngsters in critical thinking, personal responsibility, and accountability? Or is this too much to ask?#raceriots #britishvalues

Synchronicities are powerful things, aren't they? 💫Last Friday, while brainstorming ways to empower young people in Northamptonshire through entrepreneurship with Simon Cox and Dean Jones at the incredible Vulcan Works - a workspace and community for innovative creatives - we experienced a perfect example of why I love what I do.We were discussing how to bridge the gap between education and entrepreneurship when, bam, Denisa Nasc, a 19-year-old entrepreneur, walks into our open meeting area. She's already building her own cleaning business and is eager to inspire others. This young woman is a shining example of the entrepreneurial spirit we want to cultivate. To top it off, that night I received an email from Olivia Krawczyk , a talented branding expert passionate about supporting socially conscious businesses. We met at a Daventry Buzz Networking meeting hosted by Glenn Cameron. Olivia's applying to join a 6-month programme for creatives run by Vulcan Works. My own organisation, Young Leaders Nexus, is all about developing young leaders and entrepreneurs. Then two amazing entrepreneurs enter the arena ready to change the world, hopefully with all the support they need from me and my network. This is a golden opportunity to collaborate with other entrepreneurs and create something truly impactful certainly in Northamptonshire...and way beyond. Are you passionate about supporting young people and shaping the future of entrepreneurship? Let's connect and explore how we can work together to build a thriving ecosystem for the next generation of leaders.#youngentrepreneurs #mentorship #entrepreneurship #collaboration #northamptonshire #education #youthdevelopment #vulcanworks
