We have a track record in confidential and expert advisory advice when projects are failing to meet value, cost and scheduling aspirations.Today we are focussing on extention of time, and loss and expense notices and substantiation on a live project experiencing difficulties. A challenging but rewarding support task, with the priority being the correct and robust administration of the executed contract. A benefit of this role is that we occasionally work in beautiful surroundings.

It was well worth travelling from Berkshire to the Lake District in Cumbria for some rest, relaxation and walking.My walk today was to Haystacks Fell, situated at the south-eastern end of the Buttermere Valley at a height of 597 metres (1,959 ft). Haystacks is one of the most popular fells in the Lake District partly due to the writings of Alfred Wainwright, who espoused its attractions and chose it as the place where he wanted his ashes scattered.Then onto Fleetwith Pike which reaches a height of 648 metres (2,126 feet). The fell is a well-known feature of the area as it casts an imposing presence over Buttermere and the Honister Pass. Scotland can also be seen in the distance in the first photograph. Five hours walking very well spent, albeit positively tiring. Some pictures attached to help inform you of the landscape.
