Good examples of employee engagement include:1- Employees showing up to work with a sense of purpose2- A deep commitment to the organization3- Dedication to performing well 4- A collaborative attitude5- Good communication with co-workers and leaders6- Ability to give and receive feedback positively.Organizations that fulfill all or most of the above shall never have dissatisfied or disheartened employees and will grow with the organization.

As a student of Human Resources, I know with evidence that concepts like employee engagement, organization commitment and employee perceptions are old adages, one of the fallacies is that if you conduct employee surveys it will reduce turnover intention and turnover, wrong!IO
