Gabby, who was the receptionist, was beyond awesome! Her assistance, kindness and overall professionalism was simply top notch! If you’re looking for a great place to take your vehicle to, this is it! We had a bump in the road while things were progressing, but Gabby had the foresight to handle the situation and went above and beyond to make it right! Bryce, was the technician who installed the window and he did a phenomenal job as well. These guys are fantastic and I cannot day enough good things! Need some glass repair, come to these guys! My windshield needed replaced in my vehicle. Carstens Auto Glass works directly with my insurance company, has great reviews, and not too far from my home so I chose them to install a new windshield. I called them to set up an appointment. They were able to set the appointment up for the next day which was great. It only took an hour or so to complete the job. I am very impressed with the quality of work done. Ray, the installer, did an awesome job! He is polite, professional, and experienced. I have used other companies to install windshields in the past, but they never really did a good job. I highly recommend Carstens Auto Glass. You will not be disappointed!

Took my work vehicle in to get the windshield replaced, they shattered my rearview mirror and didn't tell me about it. Instead they pulled a mirror out of their junk pile and put it on my windshield hoping that I wouldn't notice the paint was all flaked off of it. Then less than 6 months later my windshield cracked mysteriously all the way up the center and they won't warranty it. So I take my truck to A-1 and they tell me the rearview mirror they replaced it with no longer fits my windshield, so now I have to go buy an adapter or a new rear view mirror. What a joke this place is.
